I experienced an interesting problem this week.  I had Jalapenos coming out of my ears!  Okay, maybe not literally out of my ears but I had a bunch and I needed to figure out what purpose they held.

Y’all, I didn’t have this post planned for this week but I just can’t resist.  It hit me like a ton of bricks this morning that I hadn’t done any planning for our Thanksgiving meal yet.  Thanksgiving is. . .uh. . .next week?!  Therefore, out came my prized recipe book.  You know, the one that has the recipes that I’ve clipped and saved over the years?  This recipe book also happens to have the recipes that I prepare for my family on special occasions like Thanksgiving and Christmas.  Therefore, not only does it have sentimental value to me but it also means that my family might go hungry on a Holiday if I lose it! 😉

This particular recipe is one that is a staple on my Thanksgiving table.  It’s essentially candy in a casserole dish.  In fact, Mr. FVF refers to it as “Candy Casserole”. It’s seriously sooooo good!

Unfortunately, I don’t have any pictures of the prep or finished product because. . .well, it’s not Thanksgiving yet.  I’ll try to remember to take some when I’m prepping it for Thanksgiving and add them to the post later. However, I didn’t want to wait to share it in case someone else wants to try it for their Thanksgiving table!
